How do I get a Home Dealer to honor his Warranty Services in accordance with his contract ?
Question : How do I get a Home Dealer to honor his Warranty Services in accordance with his contract ?
Several letters via Certified Mail, (to insure the Dealer received my requests), have not been replyed to, except the last request, stating that he did not receive the previous letters.
I am a new home buyer and would like to know how to resolve this problem without the cost of legal action(s)

Take him to small claims court
You have to remind him that you have a legally binding contract and he must honor it, and you would prefer to settle the matter out of court but as of to date he has refused correspondence and therefor have no recourse but to turn the matter over to your lawyers.
Also, remind him that his reputation is at stake and word of mouth is golden to the right/wrong ear. (call a local news channel and ask if they would like to do a human interest piece! tell them your story…)
He will have to respond to you then if not you will have to get a lawyer. Tough break but stand your ground and it will get resolved.
