It’s still a little too early. Info was just sent to lenders yesterday. You need to give them a little while to get the program started.

It was just announced yesterday – if you’re looking for detailed information and what you need to do, what criteria you need to meet, you can go to:

or
http://www.financialstability.gov/makinghomeaffordable/Both will give you the how, what and where that home owners will need.

yes i just did with my lender and hope for homeowners help i am just waiting for the final approval they dropped my rate from 6.5% to 5%$ 400 less a month.
