Question : Why on earth have oddsmakers favored SD over Indy?
Do they know something we dont? Did Manning die and the news hasnt broken to the public yet? Indy is MUCH better team then SD. Home or Away. And dont tell me its because Sd beat them twice last year. If anything, that means Indy is due.
Dont get me wrong, I am not saying SD cant beat them, but Indy is playing on another level.

Because of Home Field Advantage. Odd makers usually give home team 3 points.
You have to look on both sides of the ball. Both teams are doing well offensively this year. However, not having Bob Sanders in the secondary has left Indy’s secondary vulnerable to the deep pass, something that Rivers is proficient in taking advantage of. Add home field advantage to that and that’s probably where you get the edge for SD.
