Question : Is there any help to get assistance moving to NY from TX in a week?
We have been homeless, carless and living with friends for 3 months now. My bf just had a job offer to go to NY for a job but we have no place to stay or anything when we get there. Is there any programs that help you get to a diff state for work in a week??

If you means NYC, that would be very expensive( shared room over $ 800 per month, and a lot of deposit and credit check, contract for 6 month lease and more). But he can stay in many hostels in Manhattan for just $ 28 per night.
