Question : I need help finding work form home sales contractors…?
I own a business and I am looking to hire people as sales contractors. (They can work from home, their own hours, and make commission.)
I am having trouble hiring such people.
Any ideas?
(This is a legitimate job and not some hoaky scam!)

You need what is known in the industry as a
“Manufacturers Representative” or “Manufacturer’s Agent”.These are freelance, independent sales people who work off 100% commission, and you give them only a 1099.
A website called MANAonline.org is the official site of the Manufacturer’s Agents of North America. Here, you can advertise for such freelance reps all across the US.

1. You need to have a clear picture of what the person will be doing and what the expectation are for them to be successful in the job.
2. You need to develop a list of the reasons that a person should come to work for you. If you do not have the list the potential new employee will not have good reasons to come to work for you.
3. You need to go out looking for these people. Place to look include number one all of the people you may know that know people who might be interested. The web sites like Craigslist and SimpleHire both are free job sites also contact any local universities and place your job on their job board.If you want a list of 100 places to find employees go to http://www.kleimanhr.com register as a member and go to the member tab and download the list.
