Question : How do I resolve an open tax sale?
Selling my vacant home in New Orleans. I’ve been unable to pay the property tax for the last two years but now have the funds. Learned this morn. that there is an “open tax sale” on the home. What does this mean and how do I resolve this? Anything you can tell me about the subject would be greatly appreciated.

the county has set a date for sale. If that date has not happened yet go to the tax office and get the taxes current today to avoid this action
