It covers specific details like the best kind of mortgage for a new home buyer, the different kind of loans, their pros and cons and my favorite chapter was the one that explains equity and why we pay so much interest. This is a great book for the topic. It is a good read and is written in conversational tone that allows the reader to be comfortable with the content even though it is new. Great tips and real down to life information that will give you the low down on the subject. Many books try to cover the subject with technical terms and information that is not relevant. This book is different. Definitely worth the money.
