From the supplier: Georgia Insurance Commissioner Tim Ryles will not pursue allegations of insurance fraud made during his 1994 election campaign against candidate John W. Oxendine. Oxendine was elected as insurance commissioner by about 51% of the vote. Ryles has also offered Oxendine a formal position in the insurance department, effective Dec 1, 1994. Oxendine will take office in Jan 1995 and is coordinating the transition of office by making recommendations to Ryles on regulations and procedures.
