Yes, but why would you? If you paid for MLS Service, you have a lot of realtors working for you.

Yes. That’s what your doing. You are selling it FSBO, but just advertising it via MLS. Be careful with this though.. and ask a few questions about where your listing will actually appear, and to whom. We looked at doing this a few years back and we were told that with the flat rate MLS listing your property is only viewable by realtors…not to the general public…This is exactly the opposite of what we wanted so we didn’t go with it.

You could use the generic FSBO sign if you want to get on the bad side of the Realtors. It doesn’t make sense that you would list flat fee in the MLS (which means you’re trying to attract the Realtors by paying a commission) and then put up a sign in your yard that would imply you are not. Seems like it sends a mixed message. Realtors expect to see a real estate sign on the property of a MLS listed property. They might think they are in the wrong place or that something is weird. Not really the feeling you want them to have when they are approaching your home to try to sell it.
