Question : For best home resale value, stainless steel or white kitchen appliances?
I’m thinking about replacing my outdated oven and dishwasher. My fridge is a newer white, side-by-side. Should I get white dishwasher and oven to match the fridge (for “staging”) or stainless steel ones to cater to the contemporary trend? (I’m willing to throw in the fridge if the buyer wants it)
Wow! I’m awed by the instant response! Thanks! Keep in mind that I want to impress the potential home buyer when she/he walks into the kitchen. Trendy stainless steel DW and oven, although it would clash with my fridge, or play it safe and go all white? Or, as some of you have suggested, stainless steel and black?
