I’m not one to usually leave a review, but I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed with this particular door knob. My parents had an extension put onto their house, and the new door needed to have a knob that matched the rest of in the house (which was a Gainsborough door knob of similar design). Cosmetically, this knob and the Gainsborough one look identical, however, this one has a more “round” knob. This is perfect, the Gainsborough is too oval and does not comfortably fit in your hand.
Also, the customer service was excellent… email inquiry resolved within hours.
