My sister and brother-in-law live on the beach and he loves spending time on his deck but hated having to look over the rails because his deck chairs are too low. I bought him this chair and he hasn’t quit thanking me yet. It’s the perfect height, the seat is padded, has a great back and a foot rest too. I am a professional face painter and balloon twister. The chair has been great for face painting. It is very tall saving my back so I don’t have to bend over to reach little faces. It is also very light and professional looking. The only problem I have is that the back of the chair is tearing at the seam where it fits on the frame. I contacted the seller and was told to return the chair for a replacement. The shipping would cost almost as much as I paid for the chair so that is not practical. I think the seller should send me a replacement back since it would be very cost effective and professional. If not, I will just have the back repaired at my own expense.
The chair is great overall, however, I don’t think I can give the company a good review since the return policy is not realistic. I give the chair four stars and the company one star based on its return and customer service policy.
