2 tree fall on my house and damaged the roof and the walls and a lot of other things.

Yes. If you pay two insurance companies, you can file with two insurance companies. But, be very careful, your premiums will skyrocket, and you won’t be able to switch companies if they see you have a lot of claims.
Assuming you do not want to cheat the carriers, and assuming both provide coverage for the damage, tell each adjuster about the other coverage and let them sort out which is primary. Or, if the coverage is redundant, make the claim with the company which charges the least premium, cancel the other.
