It’s called “Condo Owners Insurance” or “Condo Dwellers Insurance” and it should be $ 500 a year. It can be as low as $ 300 if you have a high deductible. Or $ 800 if you are insuring lots of furs and jewelry and you want everything replaced with brand new expensive stuff.
The HOA rebuilds the exterior after a fire. YOur insurance refinishes the interior including the toilets and countertops and your belongings..
