How do I go about finding small office space on Long Island?

Um…
100 sq. ft. would be a 10′ x 10′ room. Or 8′ x 12.5′. More of a cabinet than a room.
Well, I suppose that would allow one person to work.
Long Island must be very expensive. You may have to co-op with another business.
