Question : Can a minor carry a concealed weapon/ open carry?
I live in Oregon and I’m a minor. I want to know if it would be legal for me to carry a folding assisted opening knife. Also, does it qualify as a concealed weapon if the clip on the knifes grip is visible and on the outside of the pants pocket? And if someone could tell me the laws in Washington state on the same subject that would be greatly appreciated.
I’m not talking about firearms, just folding knives. I don’t even have the desire to carry it concealed. I just want to know if I can carry it at all.

first off you a minor so no. 18 u get to have rifles. 21 concieled weapons.
