had life insurance but shes benificiary can i use my poa so icould get it to pay his funeral bill if she gets it it goes to nursing home help

You may be able to contact the Insurance Co. and mail a copy of the POA to deal directly with them.

I have done this with my fathers extensive investments when he was mentally incapacitated.
