Question : How to start a small partime baking business at home.?
My friend and I are looking to start a small baking business that we would do on the side of our other jobs and school. We want to know about the legalities of starting a business that would be community based only and small. Can anyone tell us if we need any types of permits or inspections for something this small?

You can find information about legalities of owning a business on The Secretary of State website. There should be information about permits. In order to own a baking business you would also have to know requirements for Food Handlers and obtain a license.
