first off do youre homework talk to other people about their homes they got also check with the better buisness buerue and yes ive heard of them my husband says they are ok they are not one of the top home builders but that varys from state to state you can also ask them what materials they use such as the foundations ,wood etc and if they and if they are needing home buyers you might be able to bargain with them and they may also give you big upgrades at half the cost!!!!!!

I don’t sorry. But I do know that Meretage Homes really built good home. I just moved to TX from CA 4 months ago. I got a 6 br 5 bathroom 2 story house. Its built tough. Inside of the house is great as well as the outside. I also know that Sheridar Homes also built good home and they start from the low $ 190. I know buying a home is all stars and whoop whoops. You also need to think about the neighborhood,schools,jobs surrounding the area you want to buy. Good luck with your Home Purchase
