Question : Is their any law in India for advertisement on moving Trucks/Trailers on National highways?
i want to know that is their any indian law,rules or regulations for advertisements on side space of Trucks/trailers which generally move on national highways. If their is any law then tell me the organisation and authority which gives permission for this kind of advertisement.

I would highly dobut there’s an authority that deals with this. However was the ad obscene in some way, deceptive in some way, etc? If that’s the case then either a police report, or if the deception is against you a court case against the owner company.
