Silverstein was outbid by $ 50 million by Vornado Realty, with Boston Properties and Brookfield Properties also competing for the lease. However, Vornado withdrew and Silverstein’s bid for the lease to the World Trade Center was accepted on July 24, 2001, seven weeks before the buildings were destroyed in the September 11, 2001 attacks. This was the first time in the building’s 31-year history that the complex had changed management.

You ask a legitimate question about the odds of those things happening, especially since Silverstein is on record saying “So we decided to ‘pull it’ (the 47-story WTC7 building), THEN WE WATCHED THE BUILDING COLLAPSE (he would later try to deny any evident ’cause/effect’ relationship between ‘we decided to pull it’ and ‘then we watched the building collapse’ as reports analyzing the WTC7 collapse began to come out, showing it to be a controlled demolition brought about by pre-positioned explosives in the building)

My only problem with your question is that I think there is no need to mention his religion in it. The neocons include members of other creeds, as does the techo-military complex, some of whose members were obviously required to help pull off 9/11, which was a highly sophisticated operation requiring cooperation at high levels in the U.S. military (the Department of Defense had a major office in the 47-story WTC7 building, for example, which, as more people are coming to know, was NOT hit by any airplane that fateful day – but came down just as straight and as fast as the Twin Towers did… So did the CIA, the FBI, the Secret Service, Internal Revenue, and Rudy Giuliani – a lot of evidence was destroyed that day… not just the steel beams quickly removed from the scene of the crime and shipped off to China, per Giuliani’s instructions *before* it could be examined for signs of explosives….(some of it *was* recovered however, look up “positive evidence of thermite explosives steven jones”)… and there is STILL no official explanation for the collapse of building WTC7)
…but anyhow… and… so…. do we really need more hate-,mongering along religious lines in the world? Can we not just go after the individuals responsible without attacking any entire group or organization to which these individuals may belong?
