Question : What would the movers charge to move a 3-BR household 1500 mi. including packing, moving, and unpacking there?
We are moving from Calif. to the midwest and deciding whether to use U-Haul and do it ourselves or have somebody do it all for us. Has anybody done this lately and what did it cost you?

I’m guessing 3K, my sister moved from Knoxville to Denver and it was 3K.

I would try checking around, even if you rented a U-haul and did it yourself, you’re looking at 2K.
