Question : How can I get my neighbor to stop harassing me?
My downstairs neighbor complained of a leak in their ceiling and thought I was the cause of it. I cooperated with a plumbing inspection and the inspection revealed nothing from my unit was leaking. Am I within my rights to ask my neighbor to leave me alone now that an inspection has revealed that I’m innocent?
I own a condo, but management company is responsible for structural problems.

Sure you are. You would be in your rights to tell him to leave you alone even had it been from your unit.

You can always hire Black Water agents to deal with your neighbor.
I’m kidding.
Get all the paper work from the inspector and take it to your lawyer to file. Why get a lawyer? Because they are the one’s who will help your neighbor go away like a bad cockroach infestation.
Make no further contact with your neighbor and DONT TELL THEM OR THREATEN THEM that your filing. Everything has been said and done and your neighbor is acting like a supreme donkey head.
Harassment is harassment. Period.
Get to work.

Wait, I think your story needs a little more info. If they had a leak in the ceiling, it would be logical that it may be coming from your place. That is not harassment or even any kind of spot on your rental record. It was a leak. So unless your neighbor has some something more going on like they are trying to force you to pay damages, then I do not see what they have done that would be harassing you.

Invite him over to watch the ball game. If he is a she, and she doesn’t like the ball game, a cup of coffee will do also.
There was a time when people actually made an effort to meet their neighbors. And you know something? There wasn’t anywhere near as many issues with harassment from them as there is now.
