Question : Should I be getting charged for an A/C unit with 10 year warranty..?
We contacted a company that sales and installs A/C units. So, we bought one and they installed it.. They said, we had a 10year warranty. But, just a month later after buying and getting it installed it stoped working and cooling my home.. So, we contacted the guy who installed it and, he said ok I’m going to charge you $ 180.00 for the labor part.. Should he charge me if I have a 10year warranty and it’s only been a month?? I don’t think I should pay him a penny!! HELP ME OUT!!

you shuld be able to exchange or return from the company if you have warranty
Be a smart consumer and read the warranty that came with the unit. I would bet that it covers their labor costs, and maybe the major components of the unit, but the warranty will clarify the situation for all parties concerned.
