You aren’t ready to be a homeowner. You want a home, but you have to work to make it happen, and this means changing how you operate. You have to reduce your spending, pay down all your credit card balance, stop using credit cards, no more hair and nails, etc..Doing this 6-12 months will improve your credit rating. You need to SAVE for your down payment. Need 3-5% for HUD, so start saving. Taking personal finance, budgeting courses at local community college a good idea. You can make this happen, but no one else but you owes you a home!
