Your report is useful even after the sale!
If you bought your house, chances are pretty good that you paid a home inspector to check before you bought it. It can be especially useful if you have your choice of the value of the house. But you know what you do with the report once the purchase negotiations were completed?
Your home inspection is good for much more than just a tool to negotiate adjustments to the sales price. Once you bought the house, the report of the inspector, be useful to the conservation, improvement and modernization that should be made to prioritize your home. The report should have addressed all major systems and functions of your home with information about the projected life expectancy (the system). Some reports also contain recommendations for the maintenance of systems to keep going.
Whether you just bought your house or you bought it years ago, the inspector, the report undoubtedly the areas of your house that need some attention identified. The audit report is intended to have an idea of what to do routine maintenance on the season (or hire a professional to do this). Since the report to cover all systems and important features of your home, you can save it (or copy) the dates and costs for all work on your house. This is a handy reference for you, especially if decide to sell your house.

What ever you have made improvements to every home inspection will find at least some negative aspects. But if you’re diligent about your home maintenance and improvements and keep good records increase, the likelihood that your house will have a positive report. Home buyers are faced with so many good opportunities in the current market situation, and they tend to houses, well maintained and ready to move prefer.
So enjoy what you paid and leave your inspection report. Chances are there areas of your home, you have not thought about what would be slightly better for thought today, the likelihood of sales increased slightly in the future.
