or obtainable by any other means, specifically for the University I attend?
Haha relax, I don’t plan on blowing anything up. I plan on starting an extensive and difficult University wide treasure hunt.

please don’t blow anything up…
but you don’t need a FIOA request, you can just go to the library or city hall and ask to see them. they usually don’t care.
Blueprints or architectural as-is drawings may be avialable for inspection through the appropriate municipal building departments.
To use FOIA for this information gathering might be frustrated by the public bodies’ exemption based upon “security” of the premises concerns.
