All you can do is hire yourself a legal team ……. haul him into court ….. and hope that you recover at least something !
All you may end up with is a humongous legal bill that`ll take you years to pay off !
Once your landlord gets the Summons ……… and IF she actually HAS insurance , you`ll find out who the company is !
Keep in mind that ALL of your injuries will have to be documented by a DOCTOR , any resulting infirmities will HAVE to be verified by a doctor , and ALL out-of-pocket expenses will require PROOF !
Most apartment complexes have insurance and a majority have a coverage that is intended to cover medical expenses. If she refuses to give you the insurance she might need some motivation from an attorney. Many times the manager of the apartment complex is not the owner and if that is the case then it is worth filing a complaint with the corporate team. Nobody wants to have claims pop up on a commercial policy and so they might just be stalling on you. You will need to provide documentation of both medical expenses and pictures of the hazards around the complex. Good luck and just figure out if filing a legal suit is worth the hassle of what they would pay. Good luck
