the contract with our Realtor is over, her signs are still in the yard?

Question : the contract with our Realtor is over, her signs are still in the yard?
can I remove them? I know I don’t want to relist with her,she has not even called me, since it has gone off MLS, should I just wait this out or call another realtor?

Contact the realtor to have them send out the sign-company to remove them. (Or remove them yourself and let the realtor pass on the word to the sign-company as to where on your property to pick them up).

Either way works.

Pull them up and put them on the side of your house.

If she wants them, she’ll come by and get them.

remove the signs–you don’t want clients calling that agent if you don’t have a contract with her anymore.

Call ‘em, tell them you have taken them out and come get them. After the listing is up, they have to remove their signs. Good luck selling. If the listing agent hasn’t even had any showings, you really need a new one.

I’m sure she has contacted the sign company to come and remove them. Give it a few days to one week. Companies could be really busy with signs these days.

Even if you have already hired another company, it will take a few days for their sign to be placed.

Sure you could take them out, but what is a couple of days?

You’re talking about the little 2′ x 1′ signs that look like political signs? Gee whiz, you can pluck them out of the ground yourself.
