Can I deduct this moving storage expense?
Question : Can I deduct this moving storage expense?
I relocated to CA last year. My new employer paid the storage of my personal stuff for the first 30 days.
After that I paid the storage cost myself for additional three months until I moved to an apt from a temporary living.
My question is can I deduct that three months storage cost I paid myself in form 3903?
thanks in advance,

No.
The deduction for storage of personal items after a move is limited to the first 30 days. Anything after that is considered unrelated to the move.
As your company paid for the first 30 days, there is nothing for you to deduct.
NO. You are considered to have moved to the apartment. The next move was local and is not deductible.
