im trying to study for texas state insurance licensing in property and casualty.. is there one that you recommand or that could probably help me..to learn the basics of insurance so i can take my test?

Find a school in your area, see if they have a test manual you could buy or borrow, they also may have online tests you can pay do do. The test and regulations are different in each State.
You could contact your State Insurance Auditor and ask if they have a booklet, they did for my State.

Question : home line of credit fixed or variable?
my current line of credit is at 7.5%. I can switch it from fixed to variable to 6.05%. Will fed keep rates low or will they go up again? I can’t switch accounts for another 5 months to avoid prepayment fee $ 500. I would like to lock in at lower rate. I am at 90% of value. Question is will rates remain low on variable loan?
