Question : Contract law question?
I moved to a new home with usual home warranty coverage. I also bought optional spa coverage. It turned out that spa will need some repair. So I called the warranty company. The company sent out a guy to do the inspection, and the guy reported back to the company that the parts of spa broken are from not properly winterizing, which per policy is not covered. I read the contract myself: under the section of plumbing, it does say that; but under the section of spa specifically, it does not say it did not cover frozen related issues. My question is, do I have a justifiable cause to insist warranty company to do the repair? Or how can a repair man know for sure the issue was due to frozen. I am new to the house and I know nothing about if the previous owner properly winterized the spa or not.

The blueprints on Discovery’s Titanic explorer, however, are clearly recreations made by Discovery or someone they hired (and they don’t suck like the ones you can find all over the internet). Clearly, somewhere on Discovery’s servers exists the full-resolution images that you’re browsing through, or at least the means to get them. Where can I find these high-quality reconstructed blueprints without taking a million screenshots and piecing them together manually?

Note: There are blueprints all over the internet that look very similar to this. THEY SUCK. They are scans from the original blueprints and are in very poor condition. The images you’re browsing through on Discovery’s website are high-quality reproductions. That is what I’m trying to find full-resolution images of. If you can find them, you will be my hero forever.
Apparently, they are the same ones that Bruce Beveridge sells for like a trillion dollars on his website. Not being someone who is in the habit of paying top dollar for historical information, I’m only interested in where these can be obtained for free.
