It is a “musty” smell and it is annoying. Should I write a letter to my landlord documenting my findings (even though there is no visible mold) or is it my duty to get the professional mold inspection to verify my suspicions? I want to write a letter to my landlord, but I am not sure if mold is even the issue yet… it would be documenting my observations instead…

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
