It depends on how much stuff you have. A few years ago, mine was only $ 12/mo.

Unless the two people are married, you’re going to have a hard time finding a company willing to write ONE policy covering the BOTH of you. But a renters policy in the US, if you have a credit score of 600 or better, should run you about $ 150 for $ 20,000 of contents.

Based on what was paid 10 yrs ago; it should run you app. 20-30$ a month…….there are several options in coverage but should not be much different.
