You can have as much as you want however if you are transporting $ 10,000 or more into or out of the US you need to report it to U.S. Customs now known as CBP.
This totally depends on the airline. You’ll have to contact them (look on their website – it’ll say there) to find out. However, generally the limit for free checked luggage is 2 suitcases at about 20-30 kg each. Anything above that needs to be paid for. It’s very expensive and not worth using the airline as a method of shipping packages. You will also need to check with them beforehand on how much extra you can take with you.
