Question : Are there any financy companies that will refinance me for a car after filing bankruptcy?
I just filed bankruptcy but I left my car off when I filed. Currently the percentage rate that I’m paying on my car is 21.5 and I need a lower note asap.
I owe about 12,000 and I think the value is about 7,000. Any other ideas you all have?

They can help you get a line of credit to pay off your vehicle or they can help you refinance at the lowest possible rate. 21.5% is certainly too high – if the aforementioned company can’t help you get a better rate, then try everywhere from credit unions to prosper.com until you find a rate you can live with.
