Question : why are active adult houses cheaper than regular houses of same quality and size?
Why are houses in active adult communities cheaper than comparable houses in regular developments in the same area?
One reason that ppl give is that they are cheaper so that older people can afford them?

What is incentive for the builders to build those houses? Will it cost them to build 55+ communities than regular communities?
