From the supplier: The Hyatt Regency Dallas is undergoing a major, -million renovation to ensure its continued pre-eminence as the Southwest’s most attractive site for meetings, conventions and expositions. The renovation will expand the hotel, which will then have, among other features, a total of 1,123 guest rooms, 62,000 sq ft of exhibit space, 160,000 sq ft of meeting space, a 30,000 sq-ft ballroom with 30-ft ceiling and 15,000 sq ft of pre-function space and a 40,000 sq-ft exhibit hall with 15-ft ceiling.
