this is a copy of middle eastern architecture and it could be lots of people.
Frank Lloyd Wright (American) was well known for innovative design and almost always designed the furniture for the houses he designed. I think, but am not sure, that on occasion he “suggested” wardrobe.
Another architect that comes to mind for this is Le Corbusier.
But as the other answer indicates, you’d have to give us more information to go on as this is not entirely unique.
