Internet and Cable TV Shake Up Democracy
Very rarely
us the opportunity as citizens to participate in a revolution. The people who founded our Republic took part in a revolution that has touched all corners of the earth for over 200 years. Our grandfathers and fathers participated in a revolution during the Second World War, when we manage the world of Adolf Hitler and the technology of death that was sweeping civilization going on.
Finally, we have all visited a quiet revolution, as communism fell to his knees a little more than a decade, and ended with a whimper. It must not be so. Millions could die in Eastern Europe and the USSR itself. Very quietly, this brutal totalitarian dictatorship that would enslave the world has gone quiet, and more remarkably, they were all capitalists. What a wild world we live in
I contend that we on the threshold of a new American Revolution, perhaps as much as the birth of our democracy in the 1700s. What happens is that the power in this country back to the people themselves, the voters are distributed. We were born as a republic, of the words: “And to the Republic for which it stands” in the Pledge of Allegiance. We have been to a democracy on the distribution of information through the Internet and cable TV in the house created as a tool of all.
While there is tremendous noise in the Internet, which means that it means a wealth of useless information, but there are many treasures in the universe, and they are as good on the web. Consider what happened a few years? Not so long ago that the mainstream media were biased 100% liberal. Clearly reveal an objective look at ABC, NBC, CBS and their liberal leanings. The origins of their news story, the media always played to the left of center. Richard Nixon would never resign if the Senate or the House was the Republicans and the media was neutral.
Today, with Internet and cable television, has certainly flattened the flood, and can be switched to the other side. Dan Rather of CBS broadcast a report on waste, George Bush and National Guard, which can correct since, but he knew could not prove it. In an attempt to influence the election two weeks before the election, he published anyway. Internet beyond his 40 year career and forced him to resign. The bloggers were relentless in attack and instead he took the shame behind the scenes has never revealed the story of the firing of Dan Rather. Without the Internet and cable TV, Dan Rather would still represent a liberal bias on television in prime time each night.
can not understand
The traditional media and journalism, what happens to the Internet revolution and cable, we join us when Republican Congressman Foley committed political suicide by sexually inappropriate e-mails from young or you were and I can download on the Internet and reading e-mails to determine for us the guilt of the innocence of this man. We need someone with a political AgEng the filters for us, and therein lies the revolution.
We are able to filter stories for us. I also listen to Dan Rather tell me what is good or bad. Now I can not read the New York Times, and go to the Internet and cable TV, additional information that they refuse to get, to reveal to me.
What follows will surprise you. A month before we invaded Iraq, it was a former weapons inspector gives a television interview in which he spoke with one voice explosive. He was ranting and raving, “There are no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and we do not find it.” I thought he was crazy, but I am saying is, former weapons inspector who was there. This is not a patient recently released from a mental institution.
Now, the reality is he was right, and the president was wrong, the CIA was wrong, was the wrong army. How this guy was right, and knew he was right, and a 300 billion a year war machine could not it right? I have never seen or heard of this person again. He was, why not ignore maintenance, articles or books? After all, he was right, and we were all wrong.
The Internet is leveling the playing field. If you know why John Kerry lost the national elections, want to focus on the Internet back. The man was defined by the Internet before they can be defined. I know that Governor Pataki was a joke when he said that “Kerry each morning to see on Google, where he stands on the issues,” but it was not so far from the truth to decline.
If I could get an answer to prayer in politics, and I think he will process your request, this would be it. I would like all candidates, liberal or conservative view charge 100% of their financial support of the Internet and used by special interests and lobbyists, the destruction of the democratic foundations of our country are free. I do not want to dictate the prices of pharmaceutical companies for Medicare drugs for seniors. I do not want to dictate to the teacher lobbies in this country.
Did you know from kindergarten to high school year, our education system ranks 16th in the world? In the college level, we are the number one and there is nobody even close. Why you ask? That’s because the college system is private and the public system does not. Even at college level, when public college system like the University of California or State University of New York are systematic, they are world class because they have to compete with a private system. Our public school system does not compete, and therefore it is allowed to remain in the upper surface of the 15 systems in the world weak.
It is time for the revolution to continue. In 2012, we will not recognize the political system in the United States that the dispersion changes unfiltered information to the people by the power of the Internet. We should all congratulate and thank God for that. What a wonderful thing that we see in life.
Goodbye and good luck
