Tom Hallock is a banking executive with over twenty years of experience with local banks, regional and national with substantial experience in credit policy, underwriting and loan approval, production and management portfolio. Specializing in complex transactions, the balance of risks, rewards, creativity and determination. Highlights include: team development, customer relationship development and targeted credit solutions. Mr. Hallock has significant experience in the management of problem loans, including the initiation and coordination of judicial foreclosure and sale, negotiating settlements with the bonding companies, securities firms and borrowers. He led investigations into fraud and testified in the trial of credit and construction defects, fraud and embezzlement and other financial matters.

Mr. Hallock received his bachelor’s degree from the Marshall School of Business at USC in 1986 and an MBA from Cal Lutheran University in 1994. It is a national lecturer for construction loans and real estate related topics.
