Its better to go direct and if i am not mistaken its around 25k to 35k in that ballpark. I used to live there and know a guy by the name of Raja Veeraman he is some kind of dept head and supposedly gives good deals. look him up. i used to live in his apartment complex my name is Kris.

You can buy just about anyplace and exchange through the Marriott program or Internval International. Buying in Aruba or with Marriott might be more expensive than if you buy another Interval International property.
Definitely try the resale market. From what I’ve seen with Marriott, their prices are little higher than they should be for the sq footage and perks. You can still exchange into Marriott.
You’re giving money away if you go direct.
