and a client ending up homeless because a staff member did not proceed with paper work to get a residential inspection done,so that the client could move in.WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN COUNTY AGENCIES ARE MAKING PEOPLE HOMELESS BECAUSE THEIR STAFF AND STAFF SUPERVISORS ARE NOT RESPECTING THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE(FOR PAY). –Thankyou all!!

wow, I don’t think they made the person homeless, some other scenario did, that’s why they are on assistance. As far as getting things dome in a timely fashion, bureaucracies aren’t known for that. Often, programs are underfunded, and case workers have TOO much of a case load. If you think that someone acted maliciously, perhaps you could file grievance with their superior. I appreciate your frustration, my brother is a quadriplegic, living in section 8 housing, dealing with a bunch of crap as well…

Well it takes money to file a lawsuit, I doubt a homeless person has those kind of resources…or do they? Seems to me there are a lot of public assistance recipients who have computers, maybe they can sell their computer to hire legal aid.
