Kemmons Wilson company announced that its new sales consultant, John Martinez, moved by his full-time marketing activities focus has sales. Martinez will be in collaboration with Liz Batke, who was with KWC for almost 10 years. Batke and Martinez takes over distribution in three communities in the area of Memphis KW: The Oaks at Wood Chase in Cordoba, the village at Schilling Farm Collierville, TN, and The Oaks at Park View in Olive Branch, MS.

Martinez brings experience in managing the non-profit organization and corporate marketing and sales in the specialty coffee industry. Batke KWC was with his first community in Collierville, TN, and to sell real estate excel to satisfied customers.
