Question : If I rent office space for my business, will my company’s credit be checked?
I’m looking for some office space downtown and would like to get a small office in a building for under $ 1,000 a month. Would my landlord run my credit or my business’ credit like apartment complexes do? My business is new and doesn’t have much credit yet and I would prefer not to use my own credit to cosign.

there is a possibility he will ask to see your credit history, but if you show up with the right amount of zero’s on the check or cash he probably wont bother. just show you mean business works every time.
