Question : I have a question regarding Financing a multi home Purchase. I am starting my own proprty management business.
I am starting my own property Management Business and have 80,000 to invest. I am looking at 3 properties worth 370,000 total. The problem is that i have no income to speak of. The properties yield a monthly income of $ 7000 a month. How do i go about getting financing?

if any are over 4 units then you will need commercial lender. If under a mortgage person in your area can help
