Question : Question about Moving to New Jersey Car registration?
It says i have 60 days to get the title transferred over to new jersey. Are they going to research exactly how long i’ve lived here in order to determine if I am eligible? It’s been a little bit longer than that. I just haven’t had the money to transfer everything over. It’s expensive in NJ 85 dollar fee for title transfer and 59 registration fee, ugh. I am curious if i go to apply to have the title transferred if they will deny it because they know i’ve been here for more than 60 days.

No, they won’t investigate how long you’ve lived there.
