Question : Is it illegal to cancel a home warranty after a claim?
I bought a house last year and had the heating system replaced with a home warranty. I knew that the renewal should be coming up next month and inquired about renewing. The company told me that I wasn’t going to be able to and they had the right to deny me and not give me a reason. Is this legal?

yes..it’s legal..like most insurance companies they hate paying for things..they only want the money to come in.
