Question : xbox 360 best buy warranty plan help!?
ok so my friend pulled the ethernet cable and my 360 came flying down (from about 2 ft)
the disk thing was open and its not turning on. i was like CRAP. I bought it about a week ago and i purchased the 50 extra warranty. will they cover it and what do u think i should say to them…i came home and it wouldnt turn on? (oh and when u shake it it rattles.
any help is apreciated

ahahahahaha…just say that you got for ur birthday or something…and when you opened it; it was like that.

If your local Best Buy store follows proper procedures, before they will let you return it, they will have a GeekSquad Agent check it out, who will almost certainly check for impact damage (scratches, scuffs, etc from dropping it). Customer abuse/accidental damage is definitely not covered under your service plan.
