Outside insurance is covered by the HOA, I just need coverage for the inside and liability on my part (water line breaks in my place and floods the neighbors). How much should I estimate for this in my budgeting?

A condo policy will provide liability, personal property and some building coverage for interior walls. The condo association will cover outside walls. Depending on your credit score, location of the condo and how much coverage you need, I would ball park it at about $ 350 for the year.
